The coronavirus pandemic has tested every area of our conventional approach to working, including where, when and how this work is done. What have employers learnt from mass homeworking and different working patterns and how can HR use this learning to shape future plans for the workplace?

In XpertHR’s 60-minute webinar at 11am GMT on Wednesday 17 March 2021, HR professional, coach and lecturer Gemma Dale explains:

  • the flexible working options available to employers;
  • how HR can influence the future of the workplace and working patterns;
  • how HR can ensure any changes are fair and equitable to all employees, while still facilitating the day-to-day people management tasks; and
  • what we have learnt about managing employee engagement and wellbeing in this new world of work.

The webinar includes a Q&A session. Register now to submit your questions.
